All my praises, and I have many praises, go towards Anthony Schaefer. You as a company need to know what you have with him, in a sea of par realtors looking to make a buck, Anthony truly wants to help a person with one of the biggest purchases of their lives. With his attitude the bucks will come naturally and he will do very well. I would hang on to this guy as best you can. Maybe get him a Starbucks card or something as a thinks for helping Long look good.

Anthony Schaefer helped us through the process and put up with us for months after while trying to find the perfect home to replace our old one. We trusted everything he told us at all times and never felt like he was just trying to make another sale. We enjoyed working with him and would recommend him as well as Long Realty to anyone we know. The process of both selling and buying a house felt easy with Long. I personally know many real estate agents (not with Long) and just didn’t feel like they would have done as well of a job.

He helped us understand how the home buying process works and made sure we knew what was happening along the way. He was great at helping us negotiate a good offer and contract with the seller. I would recommend him and his team to anyone.

Especially one so intimate as selling our first home and purchasing our new primary residence. The two other members of the team Rachel and Yvonne that assisted with our transactions were fantastic. Even though my interactions with them were limited they represented there organization in the most professional manner. Always polite, on time, accurate, and available. Simply a pleasure to work with. In regards To Anthony, first I have many friends and family members who are are real estate Agents/Brokers. All of whom I like very much, love in some instances, most certainly would consider trustworthy and fully capable of doing a “good job” two of them are part of the Long realty group on others teams. We selected Anthony for a number of reasons. One being that I spent a considerable amount of time around him in our youth. You could say we were close childhood friends and he was a “good kid”. This by itself would not be a prudent or rational reason to select an individual to do business with. I hadn’t seen or real spoken to Anthony in around 20 years and many people can change quite a bit in two decades. Anthony stayed the same in so many great ways and it became evident in a brief period of time that he had developed into one of if not the most caring vital members of our community. Anthony conducts himself both in his personal life as well as his professional life with a level of Integrity that is second to non! Once we signed with him that never wavered. We always felt like his number one priority yet I know he had many other clients that he was delivering the same quality of service to. Daily he conveyed a level confidence, compassion, knowledge and understanding that were tailored to our personal needs that gave us a sense of security that’s priceless. The one time there was a small miss communication between Anthony, a vendor and myself which can happen from time to time between three parties. Anthony took complete responsibility and was more accountable then he needed to be, never blaming anyone when else for anything. This is actually a characteristic that I consider to be invaluable, to not deflect blame. To be solution oriented instantaneous yet not seek credit when resolution is achieved. In addition the Schaefer Team represented both parties on the home we purchased, this could have been an issue for a lesser qualified Realtor. He navigated this situation seamlessly and I know for a fact that both parties were 100% satisfied and felt as though Anthony had there best interest in mind at all times. I happened to meet the former owner of our home after we closed and had a wonderful conversation with him. I’ve told Anthony any time he could use reference for a potential client please feel free to put me at the top of your list. The Schaefer Team is an easy sale and anyone whom has the privilege of working with them should consider them selfs blessed...I know I do. ! He was right there for the entire process- always available by phone and very reassuring. While we were looking- his expertise with checking out the houses for AC up to date, exterior issues, etc was so valuable as he gave good guidance. We love him!!!!!
